Inaugurated September 28, 2015, the new extension and scientific equipment associated with the main building, endow the institute new ways: additional laboratory space for the grouping of teams and the emergence of new innovative projects, the restructuring of two high technology platforms (metabolomics and microscopy), creation of 170 m2 new growing chambers whose specificity is a LED-based innovative lighting. This property investment allows the IBMP to boost its international dimension to maintain it in the forefront of laboratories working on the plant.
